WOODSTOCK, Va. – Law enforcement authorities in Virginia say a woman and a boy from Tennessee are dead following a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 81. Virginia State Police said the crash happened shortly after 11 a.m. Wednesday in Woodstock. The vehicle was traveling southbound when it ran off the road and rolled several times, according to state police. The State Police said a 6-year-old boy, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected from the vehicle. Two other passengers, 41-year-old man, and a 31-year-old woman, were transported to a hospital with serious injuries.

RICHMOND, Va. – The Virginia Department of Transportation announced that it’s reopening four service centers for customers. Christiansburg, Farmville, Waynesboro and Woodstock are now open, by appointment only. Today, these artists are revered and legendary, but in 1969, they were hip, modern and political during a time of cultural turmoil.
