8 in French baguette
green tomato
12 medium-large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
shredded lettuce
red tomato
red onion
sliced dill pickles
bacon
our house made remoulade (he will not have time to show prep of remoulade, but ingredients listed below)
boil shrimp and chill
toast French baguette
slice green tomato in thin slices, dredge in buttermilk and flour, fry till brown on both sides in medium hot skillet, fry off bacon in same pan

pile all ingredients on baguette, cut in half and serve.

1 1/4 cup mayo
1 tablespoon mustard
1 table spoon of hot sauce
1 table spoon of horseradish
1/4 cup finely diced onion
1/4 finely diced celery
1 table spoon lemon juice
1 table spoon of paprika
1 table spoon of Cajun seasoning
2 table spoons of ketchup
