Ethel is a perfect cuddle buddy, just waiting for her person to finally come and take her home.
Her friends at the Martinsville Henry County SPCA say she is very calm and loves to go with the flow.

They said that sadly, no one has expressed interest in her, often bypassing her for “prettier” dogs.
