CHRISTIANSBURG, Va. (WSLS 10) - A Christiansburg restaurant could soon close its doors after serving the New River Valley for more than 50 years.
The Farmhouse Restaurant could close as early as this week although an exact date has not been set.

Owner Arthur Tsiamis says slow sales are to blame.
Tsiamis says there is a possibility something could change to keep it open but right now that's not the case.
The landmark is an authentic farm house built in the 1800's.
Farmhouse offers fine dining. It offers guests private booths or open rooms and caters to individuals, families and special occasions.
