DANVILLE (WSLS 10) - A grand jury issued indictments against Michael James Gill, Jr., age 28, of Danville in relation to the death of a 20-month-old in November, 2014.
Gill was indicted for Felony Child Neglect and Felony Murder in connection with the death of Aleigha Grace Sadler. She was 20-months-old at the time of her death.

The cause of death has been listed as homicide by blunt force trauma.
Gill was served with the indictments in the Danville City Jail where he was being held for probation violation. He continues to be held without bond.
