The 36-year-old Berry was also found guilty Thursday of two counts of child abuse or neglect resulting in serious injury. Defense attorney Paul Gregorio said he will appeal the convictions.
Berry was a student at St. Paul's College in Lawrenceville in 1998 when she gave birth to the twins. She put them in a trash chute.
