MONTGOMERY COUNTY (WSLS 10) - Montgomery County murder suspect Amanda Taylor is back in Virginia.

On Wednesday, Taylor waived her extradition hearing in McDowell County, North Carolina.

Online court records show she was arraigned by the clerk of courts in Montgomery County Thursday.

Taylor, 24, and 32-year-old Sean Ball are charged with second degree murder in the death of 59-year-old Charles Taylor on April 4.

She was captured by troopers with the North Carolina State Highway Patrol along Interstate 40 in North Carolina on Sunday after a brief pursuit.

Ball was found along the Blue Ridge Parkway near Asheville, North Carolina with life-threatening injuries.

Investigators believe Taylor caused Ball's injuries. The most recent report from police list him in serious but stable condition.

Online court records show Taylor is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on June 19 in Montgomery County District Court.
