The Lynchburg Police Department Forensics Unit - part of the ICAC Task Force - said the cyber-tip was received in reference to an address in Frederick, Maryland. The investigation ultimately lead police to the 18-year-old's dorm at Lynchburg College.

Police said they got a search warrant and confiscated his computer and two cell phones. On them, police said they found more than 100 images of "graphic" child pornography.

Cabrera, who is from Frederick, Md., was charged with 10 counts of possession of child pornography. According to the Lynchburg General District Court, Cabrera is not allowed to leave the state and cannot access the Internet from any device while out on bond. He was ordered to say at the home address listed on court documents. The court could not confirm if that address was the address of Cabrera's dorm at Lynchburg College.
