The Suffolk Police Department said they got a call from Lillian Boone at 5:05 p.m. Boone said she took her broken phone to the store to get a replacement device, and she later noticed one picture was sent to an unknown number in the time her phone was being handled by a technician in the back room.

"It's embarrassing, it's revealing, it's just so disgusting," said Boone.

Clemons remains in the Western Tidewater Regional Jail on $2,500 bond.
