RICHMOND (WSLS 10) - A man who killed two police officers in Montgomery County will not get a federal rehearing in his case.
William Morva had filed a request for a rehearing in the U.S. 4th Circuit Court of Appeals to potentially reopen his case, but the court denied his request Wednesday.
