The first full day of competition at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games was exciting from start -- shooter Ginny Thrasher earned the Games' first gold medal for the United States on Saturday morning -- to finish -- in the nightcap, Kerri Walsh Jennings and April Ross were dominant in their Olympic debut as partners.
