DALEVILLE (WSLS 10) - A Roanoke man has been arrested after firing shots in a Daleville restaurant's parking lot.
Botetourt County Sheriff Ronnie Sprinkle says the Botetourt 911 Communications Center received a call of shots fired at the Daleville Town Center, at  about 12:50 Thursday morning.

Deputies say they found people in the parking lot when they arrived, and saw a man standing over another man.
Authorities found that 33-year-old Charley E. Neil Jr., of Roanoke, was in the Tap House, in Daleville, and was upset over a domestic situation. He told one of the workers to stay inside and call 911.
When Neil left the bar and headed to his vehicle, another man tried to stop him but he made it to his vehicle and pulled out a hand gun.
Deputies say he then went behind a dumpster and fired several shots.
Neil then came out from behind the dumpster and laid the gun down and got down on his knees. When he did this, the bystander kicked the gun from the area and got on top of Neil until Deputies arrived.
Deputies on scene discovered that no one had been hurt and that Neil had shot the firearm about nine-times into a pile of mulch.
Neil was arrested and taken to the Botetourt County Jail, and was charged with drunk in public, aggravated assault and a weapons law violation.
He is being held on a $2,000 unsecured bond.
