ROANOKE – UPDATE:
Roanoke Police say there are no signs anything traumatic happened to the victim and they are not currently investigating the death as a homicide.

Police say they are now waiting on confirmation from the medical examiner's office, and will wait until next of kin are notified before releasing an identity.

Police are on scene at Bud's Suds Car Wash off of Elm Avenue in Roanoke where a dead body has been discovered.
