LYNCHBURG, Va. – The Lynchburg Police Department arrested a 45-year-old Lynchburg man Friday morning.
While executing a search warrant just after 9 a.m. at 120 Saint Johns Drive in Lynchburg, police arrested Donald Duane Kyper.

Police charged Kyper with stalking, two counts of possession of child pornography and two counts of use of communications systems to facilitate certain offenses involving children.
The investigation is still active and ongoing and further charges are pending at this time, according to police.
