RADFORD, Va. – Police in Radford are investigating the death of a Radford University student.
A University spokesperson says shortly before 4 a.m. Tuesday, a resident assistant found 19-year-old Jacob Terry, of Hampton, Virginia, unresponsive in Peery Hall, one of the university's residence halls.

A rescue crew took Terry to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Authorities say his death is being investigated as an accident.
