Additional charge filed against driver in fatal July 4th I-81 crash

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Va. – A driver is now being charged with DUI involuntary manslaughter after a fatal crash on Interstate 81 in Montgomery County on the 4th of July.

According to the court's website, Travis Martin has been charged.

As 10 News previously reported, Martin is already facing several drug-related charges in that crash, after state police searched his car.

He is also charged with reckless driving and driving with a revoked license. 

Martin's SUV ran off the interstate and hit a disabled tractor-trailer, according to police.

His passenger, 27-year-old Angelina Greene, from Rome, Georgia, died at the scene.
