CHARLLOTESVILLE, Va. – The death of 31-year-old Molly Meghan Miller does not appear to be the result of a criminal act, according to officials with the Charlottesville Police Department.
Department officials published a news release on Thursday saying that as the department continues its investigation, Miller's death does not appear to be the result of a criminal act.
A Charlottesville police detective found Miller’s body inside her home on Monday evening after she went missing on Friday.
The final autopsy report from the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner and additional test results from the State Forensic Laboratory are still pending. These test results and reports may take quite some time to be completed and sent to the department.
