Pres. Biden outlined additional sanctions on Thursday in response to a Russia hacking campaign and Russia’s 2020 election interference.
At 4:30 p.m., Biden spoke from the White House and the sanctions will represent the first retaliatory action announced against the Kremlin for last year’s hack, familiarly known as the SolarWinds breach.
