Richmond Police say they received tip that prevented July 4 mass shooting

RICHMOND, Va. – Richmond authorities said they received a tip that prevented a mass shooting planned for July 4, according to NBC 12.

Richmond police said the tip led to several arrests and the seizure of multiple firearms.
