RICHMOND, Va. – Richmond authorities said they received a tip that prevented a mass shooting planned for July 4, according to NBC 12.

Richmond police said the tip led to several arrests and the seizure of multiple firearms.

A press conference discussing this incident at 2 p.m. Wednesday.
