Gov. Glenn Youngkin delivered a speech Thursday at about 9:30 a.m. on his proposed amendments to the 2022-2024 state budget.
In his proposed changes to the two-year budget, he is seeking another $1 billion in tax relief, which will include a corporate tax rate cut.

He also hopes to decrease the top income tax bracket rate from 5.75% to 5.5%.
