BLACKSBURG, Va. – A Virginia Tech student has been arrested after a “forcible fondling” incident, according to the university.
Authorities say the Virginia Tech Police Department took a report of the incident, which officers say happened on Sept. 4 at 720 Washington Street.

According to police, the suspect and the victim are both students and they did not know each other previously.
