Student at William Byrd Middle School tests positive for coronavirus

Roanoke County Public Schools dealing with budget shortfalls
ROANOKE COUNTY, Va. – A student at William Byrd Middle School has tested positive for coronavirus, according to Chuck Lionberger, director of community relations for Roanoke County Public Schools.
As of Sept. 8, there are 661 cases of COVID-19 in Roanoke County.
