CARROLL COUNTY, Va. – UPDATE
The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office says its phone lines are back up and working again.

At this time, phone service at the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office is down.
Authorities say they are working to have the phone service restored and apologized for the inconvenience. Those who need immediate assistance are advised to call Twin County Ccomm at 276-236-8101.
