T.G. Howard Center launches ‘Hip Hop Program for the Elderly’

PULASKI, Va. – The Easter Bunny will visit some seniors in the New River Valley.

Staff with the T.G. Howard Community Center are hosting the “Hip Hop Program for the Elderly.”

Volunteers will visit several neighborhoods and deliver baskets filled with holiday treats.

They will also include information from the local agency of aging.

The goal of the program is to visit seniors who may not be able to move and are isolated at home.
