Developer of planned Daleville apartment complex withdraws application

DALEVILLE, Va. – The developer of a planned 300-unit apartment complex in Daleville is officially withdrawing its application.

The request got unanimous approval Tuesday afternoon by the Botetourt County Board of Supervisors.

The project was initially approved back in February, but was then tabled at the request of the developer.

Community members were able to share their thoughts on Tuesday at 6 p.m.
