Vehicle crash on I-81N in Roanoke County cleared

Traffic is moving slowly along I-81 northbound in Roanoke County due to a vehicle crash, according to VDOT.

Authorities said it happened at the 138.4 mile marker and has led to a 7-mile-long backup.

As of 8:27 a.m., all north lanes are closed.
