BUENA VISTA, Va. – The city of Buena Vista is making impressive progress on their town square! They anticipate the project to be done by this summer.
But first, they need a name, and they want the public’s help in choosing one.
“This town square project has been a whole community-wide effort everyone has come together to help build it and donate towards the project and make it happen and as part of that we want the community to be a part of the naming.”
Kristina Ramsey/Director of Economic Development, City of Buena Vista
Locals were asked to nominate name ideas back in the fall, and the city has narrowed it down to three options: Green Valley Junction, Magnolia Square, and Piccadilly Commons.
Voting is open now through May 1. You can vote either online here or in person at a variety of locations.
