LYNCHBURG, Va. – On Wednesday morning at about 10 a.m., enCircle leadership, staff and others unveiled a new, specialized transportation van, funded by federal grants from the Virginia Department of Rail and Public Transportation (DRPT).
The van is one of two the organization has received and will help them better serve individuals with disabilities.
