RADFORD, Va. – Honoring a local legend in the New River Valley. The Town of Radford is celebrating the life of a beloved school custodian.
Students and staff honored the late Josh Green as they returned to school on Wednesday. He served as custodian at McHarg Elementary for 37 years, but he was so much more.
