ORIGINAL STORY:
A tractor-trailer carrying milk overturned and blocked lanes on the 7900 block of Franklin Road in Roanoke County.
The crash happened on Saturday night around 3 a.m.
The driver of the tractor-trailer was wearing a seatbelt and was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
Charges are pending as the investigation is ongoing.
