Onslow County, NC – Law enforcement officers in North Carolina arrest a man in connection to a missing child, who they now believe to be dead.
32-year old Earl Kimrey, the boyfriend of the child's mother, has been arrested and charged with concealing death, obstruction of justice, and other charges.

The sheriff's office says it is believed 3- year old Mariah Woods is dead, based on the evidence recovered in the investigation.
Woods was reported missing Monday. Her mother told investigators that she last saw Mariah late Sunday night. She says Kimery, saw the child later that night. Kimery told her the little girl woke up and he told her to go back to sleep.
The sheriff's office says the search for Mariah is now a recovery process. Officials do not know where her body may be.
Kimrey is being held on a more than one million dollar bond. Additional charges are pending.
The investigation is ongoing.
