HARPERS FERRY, W.Va. (AP) - The U.S. Geological Survey says a small earthquake rumbled near the state lines of West Virginia, Maryland and Virginia.
The survey said the tremblor Sunday afternoon measured 3.0 magnitude, according to media reports.

The quake was centered south of Harpers Ferry.
There are no immediate reports of damage.
