Northside beats James River on the hardwoods
ROANOKE COUNTY, Va. – Northside defeated James River 56-51 on Monday night.
Ryan Steger scored 8 first quarter points for the Knights before the Vikings took control with a 7-0 run in the second quarter, to take a 26-18 lead. James River kept fighting and found themselves trailing by just two points at halftime.
