CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – After losing to the Cavaliers 73-65 in Cassell Coliseum, the Virginia Tech Hokies avenged the loss in Charlottesville Sunday, beating the Cavaliers 87-62.
The Hokies lead nearly the entire time, with their largest lead being 25 points in the 4th quarter. Carys Baker and Matilda Ekh both lead the Hokies with 17 points, Baker also added nine rebounds. Virginia Tech shot 64% from the three.

Kymora Johnson and Paris Clark both had 16 points in the loss, Johnson scoring one of only two threes in the game for the Cavaliers.
Virginia Tech will face North Carolina in Chapel Hill on Thursday, and Virginia will travel to Pittsburgh on Sunday.
