ROANOKE, Va. – The Roanoke Rail Yard Dawgs announced Thursday that team broadcaster and media manager Mitch Stewart has been relieved of his duties as of Wednesday, February 18.
The move comes as a result of a “violation of the team’s Code of Conduct.”

Stewart was in his fifth season with the franchise.
The Rail Yard Dawgs are working to hire an immediate replacement to continue communications and broadcast duties.
