Police say they've found traces of DNA belonging to escaped prisoners Richard Matt and David Sweat in a cabin in Owls Head, New York. Terry Bellinger, the owner of Belly's Mountain View Inn, which is near the cabin where the DNA was found, spoke to a man who claims to have seen a stranger inside his cabin.
