Kansas places Miles on administrative leave after LSU report
Then-Athletic Director Joe Alleva's recommendation to former LSU President F. King Alexander is detailed in a newly released report into how the university handled sexual misconduct complaints. AdEarlier in the day, LSU released a law firm's 148-page review of how the university has handled sexual misconduct complaints. The report offers a scathing view of the resources and attention LSU has dedicated to complaints of sexual misconduct and violence against women campus-wide. Schneider found that LSU leadership “responded in a lackluster fashion” when officials who handled Title IX compliance requested more resources. Victims are “understandably reluctant to participate in the Title IX process because they fear community backlash,” Schneider said.

Virus postponements hit SEC, Big Ten; 8 games across FBS
Among the three SEC games still on for this Saturday, Arkansas will visit No. Orgeron said he expects most of his players in quarantine due to contact tracing back next week. Texas A&M coach Jimbo Fisher said his team only had two positive cases as of Wednesday afternoon, but contact tracing had taken a toll. “Candidly, the numbers around contact tracing have emerged as one of our biggest challenges to playing. “The contact tracing has the potential to magnify even one positive test,” Sankey said.
Postponement, outbreaks: SEC takes a hit from COVID-19
The conference on Monday postponed Saturday’s game between No. 20 Auburn and Mississippi State because of positive COVID-19 cases and quarantining within the Bulldogs’ program. Mississippi State coach Mike Leach said the Bulldogs were just a player away from having to postpone last Saturday’s game against Vanderbilt. 5 Texas A&M paused in-person activities after a player and a staff member tested positive for COVID-19 after returning from a win at South Carolina. Orgeron: LSU has COVID outbreak, injured QB still sidelined
– LSU coach Ed Orgeron says his team is contending with a corona virus outbreak and resulting quarantines that have made it difficult to know whether a number of starters or regulars will be available for Saturday's scheduled game against No. “We're talking to the doctors right now to see what's the best for Myles,” Orgeron said during his usual Monday-of-game-week media conference. The number of related quarantines due to possible exposure also have thinned his roster in recent days, he said. The SEC requires teams to have at least 53 scholarship players available, less than that and the scheduled game cannot be played. By the middle of the week, LSU expects to know if the game could still be held this weekend as scheduled, Orgeron said.
