The LPD announced Tuesday that it had made multiple arrests following an investigation into allegations of child assault at Elizabeth’s Early Learning Center.

Disturbing allegations have surfaced involving a former staff member at Elizabeth’s Early Learning Center (EELC) in Lynchburg. Georgia Brown has been arrested and charged with assault and battery after being accused of roughly handling multiple children at the daycare.
