The Virginia Tech Hokies lost to the Miami Hurricanes with a score of 25-24. In the first quarter, Hooker completed a 53-yard rushing touchdown for the Hokies. Then, running back Jalen Holston made an 8-yard rushing touchdown in the second quarter.
