CAMPBELL COUNTY, Va. โ A Campbell County woman is dead after a weekend of gun violence in Baltimore. โI still canโt comprehend it,โ said Darrell Francis Jr. when asked about his reaction to learning that his cousin, 35-year-old Shana Lloyd, was shot and killed in Baltimore on Saturday. According to Baltimore police, Lloyd and a man were found at about 2 a.m. Saturday after being shot. โI cried,โ said 16-year-old Kyle Lloyd. โShe was a wonderful mother, wonderful friend, wonderful aunt, wonderful granddaughter,โ said Klein.
Campbell County mother killed in Baltimore on 4th of July
A Campbell County woman is dead after a 4th of July shooting in Baltimore, according to WBAL. Authorities say officers were called around 2:15 a.m. to the 100 block of S. Monroe Street, where responding officers found two shooting victims. The second victim was the 35-year-old woman from Campbell County. According to a GoFundMe started to help the family with funeral costs, the woman was Shana Lloyd, a mother of four. Lloyd was one of 12 people shot in Baltimore over the holiday weekend, according to the Baltimore Sun.
