The man charged with setting Danville City Councilman Lee Vogler on fire has changed his plea to guilty on all three charges.

A judge finds that there is enough probable cause for a man charged with dousing a Virginia city councilman in gasoline and setting him on fire to have his case be sent to a grand jury.
