Roanoke’s sister city from Wonju, South Korea, is paying the Star City a visit.

The Local Colors Festival is back this weekend, and this year’s featured country is South Korea.

Two people are in the hospital after a crash on I-581N in Roanoke, according to the Roanoke Police Department.

ROANOKE, Va. – UPDATEThis crash has been cleared, according to VDOT. ORIGINAL STORYDrivers should expect delays on U.S. 220 South in Roanoke on Thursday afternoon. A tractor-trailer crash is causing traffic near Southern Hills Drive and Tanglewood Mall. As of 5:41 p.m., all southbound lanes are closed and traffic is backed up about 2.5 miles, according to VDOT. Traffic is being diverted onto the Wonju exit.
