BEDFORD (WSLS 10) - Residents and business owners in the town of Bedford may see their electric bills go up starting in February.
City council will discuss a possibly four-percent rate hike next Tuesday during their meeting.

This comes after a consulting firm called Utility Financial Solutions LLC conducted a cost of services study and recommended a 4% increase immediately.
The increase would be in addition to a 3% increase that went into effect July.
