WYTHE COUNTY (WSLS 10) - Three people were arrested after a tractor trailer with $250,000 worth of cosmetics was stolen and recovered.Â
The Wythe County Sheriff's Office said they received a tip about the stolen tractor trailer and merchandise Wednesday afternoon. It was stolen from Exit 41 off of Interstate 77.Â

Deputies found the trailer without the tractor at the intersection of Lithia Road and Bob Spring Road. They later found the tractor near Exit 77 off of Interstate 81.Â
The trailer contained Cody Cosmetics valued at $250,000.Â
Ritxy Montaner Robert, age 25, from Louisville, Kentucky, Orlis Cantillo Machado, age 43, believed to be from Ky. or Florida, and Miguel Roberto Mompie, age 47, from Jeffersonville, Indiana were arrested and charged with:
- Stealing a motor vehicle valued over $200
- Conspiracy to steal a motor vehicle
- Grand Larceny 4 counts
- Commit larceny with intent to sell 2 Counts
- Conspire to possess Burglary tools
All charges are felonies.
The suspects are believed to be part of Cuban gang stealing tractor trailers along the east coast. All suspect are being held in the NRVRJ without bond.
