BROOKNEAL, Va. (AP) - A Campbell County man has pleaded guilty to killing a woman who disappeared in 2012.
Media outlets report that 52-year-old Jeffrey Wright was sentenced to 26 years in prison on Tuesday after he pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and concealing a body.

Thirty-five-year-old Wendy Dawn Francis was last seen on June 8, 2012. Her body hasn't been found.
Investigators believe Francis was killed inside Wright's home in Brookneal.
