Some got flowers, other's a trip to the spa, but here in the Roanoke Valley mothers received a special brunch.
Workers at Shula's 347 Grill in Roanoke held their second Mother's Day brunch.
Workers at Shula's 347 Grill say they're happy to provide a day where mom's can take a break and relax.
"As a mother of a 14 year old and a 16 year old I certainly appreciate any mother that comes in and I think they deserve the day off where they don't have to cook," Carrie Lay, the supervisor said.
