Traffic backed up on Interstate 81 because of vehicle fire

ROCKBRIDGE CO. (WSLS 10) - Traffic is backed up on Interstate 81 in Rockbridge County because of a vehicle fire.
The fire has all lanes of traffic closed northbound at mile marker 176 near Natural Bridge.
According to VDOT, traffic is backed up about seven miles. Expect major delays.

On I-81 at mile marker 176 in the County of Rockbridge, motorists can expect major delays due to a vehicle fire. The north left shoulder, left lane, right lane, and right shoulder are closed. Traffic backups are approximately 7.0 miles.
