LYNCHBURG (WSLS 10) - The family of Macel Falwell has announced her funeral arrangements.
The family will receive friends Monday, October 26, 2015 from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Thomas Road Baptist Church. Her funeral will be the next day at the church at 1 p.m.

Macel was the wife of Rev. Jerry Falwell Sr. They were married 49 years until his death in 2007.
Macel Falwell was a graduate of E.C. Glass High School in Lynchburg and later, Liberty University.
She served as a director on the board of several local organizations including Fort Early Corporation, the Vista Suburban Women's Club, Liberty Godparent Home and Liberty Christian Academy.
She is survived by her three children and their families.
