Fleet Feet is launching a brand new program called 'Ton of Fun' where you can learn all the tools about exercise and diet.
The goal is to lose a ton of weight, that's 2,000 lbs.
You'll get weekly group meetings, weigh ins, newsletters and prizes.
"We're going to bring in the professionals so folks can actually come in and talk to a nutritionist, they can talk to a personal trainer, we're going to have cooking demos and just really provide people the tools and support and motivation they need to reach their weight-loss goals," Monica Mannino, with Fleet Feet Roanoke said.
The program costs $50 but after hitting certain milestones you'll get that money back to spend at the store.
It starts January 2, 2016 but it will be an ongoing program where you can sign up at any time. Here's the link to more information.
