Governor McAuliffe to appear in episode of AMC show

RICHMOND (WSLS 10) - Governor Terry McAuliffe puts politics aside for a day and tries his hand at acting in support of Virginia's film industry.

McAuliffe took to twitter to post pictures in character and on set of AMC's Turn: Washington's Spies.

The show is about the creation of America's first spy ring during the Revolutionary War.

The episode featuring the governor airs during the show's upcoming third season which returns to AMC April 25, 2016.
